ELVIS COSTELLO AND BURT BACHARACH -- Since the songwriters 
joined forces on one song for the film ''Grace of My Heart,'' their 
full-length collaboration, ''Painted From Memory,'' has been threatened; 
it sounds something like Bacharach's 60's songs with Mr. Costello
filling in for Dionne Warwick, so self-consciously old-sounding that it's
