    Odeon Montpellier, 11-Dec-79.
    500 of these box sets were issued. The discs are mono 33 1/3 rpm EPs,
|   pressed on blue vinyl. The box is marked 'Promotion: Not for sale. Made in
    Germany'. Audience recordings.
