    Cover states that this was recorded at the Tower Theatre, Philadelphia,
    USA, but it is really from 1984-08-11 with Attractions Philadelphia (PA), 
    Spectrum Theatre, which were broadcast on several occasions as the
    King Biscuit Flower Hour. This is the rebroadcast on 1989 which changes the 
    track order. Track list is the same as Elvis Costello Live "Unlicensed" 
    and Writing My Story.
