Here is the tracklist of Elvis Costello's show on the Deutschlandfunk. The show was broadcast on Saturday, 1999-10-02. The recording presumably took place in Cologne around the time of EC's German tour last spring. But that's only a guess.

EC talked about every song for about a minute but his voice was drowned out by the clueless German translator.
