Elvis Costello & The Attractions with special guest Gary Barnacle, Merriweather Post Pavilion, Columbia, MD, August 10, 1984. The artwork says "Live at Hammersmith London 1984," which is incorrect.
The title apparently comes from a review at Wolfgang's Vault which reads "...They had augmented the core band with a sax player, Steve Barnacle, who shines on the newer material."
