Comments

• This bootleg CD appeared prior to the official release of Kojak Variety. The songs are the same as the official CD, but the sound quality is drastically inferior.
• The Great Lost Album has the same track listing.

Quality

• Poor - Paul Hosken
• Tough to rate because the songs are fantastic, and the performance of EC & the Confederates make them even better. It makes a change hearing EC use a laid-back bluesy approach. I listen to this a lot, and that's the best testimony. On the other hand the sound quality is terrible - the tape hiss on the quieter songs makes them almost unlistenable. The dynamic range is also bad. The Great Lost Album & Barbados Mega Mixes are similar to this, but in a better quality. For those who can wait, EC is intending to release this set one day! - T.J. Young
