Some is out to get Michael Murray (Robert Lindsey). He is the top man in town, champion of the oppressed, chaser of women, and the new leader of the city. Michael Murray is popular, powerful and ambitious - the local politician who knows what it's like to be hated, and who needs to be loved. His hunger for power leads him to play for higher stakes.

Just when the pressure of public life and power games starts getting on top of him, a beautiful woman arrives on the scene....
