Elvis Costello & The Imposters at the Palladium

Mark Sheldon

Elvis Costello and The Imposters brought their "Just Trust" tour to the beautiful Palladium this past Saturday night. This was their first performance at the Palladium and it was well received by the big crowd.

In addition to a nice cover of Sam & Dave's "I Can't Stand Up for Falling Down," they played many of the classic hits from the Costello songbook, including "Alison," "Watching the Detectives," "Everyday I Write the Book" and "Peace, Love and Understanding." The Imposters feature Steve Nieve on keyboards, Pete Thomas on drums and Davey Faragher on bass and backing vocals.
