Music On Vinyl

  • Music on Vinyl is a Dutch vinyl only record label that rereleases LP and 7" vinyl pressings of titles licensed from a wide range of record companies and artists who control their own repertoire.


Manufacture / Pressing

  • All records pressed by "Record Industry"
  • Dutch vinyl pressing plant, established in June 1998.
  • "Record Industry" took over the operation of Sony/CBS, Haarlem, and with 33 presses, became one of the largest vinyl pressing plants in the world (capacity: 40,000 to 50,000 records per day).
  • The EC releases on MOV are tagged "Audiophile remasters" (But many will have been recorded digitally - so no analogue source)
