Front Cover and Back Cover

I don't like "backcover" being used as one word.

I think we should use:

  • front or front cover
  • back or back cover

How to refer to the other parts of the artwork can be a little trickier. My suggestions:

  • front inside or front inside cover
  • back inside or back inside cover

Any thoughts? --JohnE 20:46, 16 June 2006 (CDT)

I agree. I was aiming for a unique word like backcover because an image-search for "bootleg" and "cover" would result in hits for both "cover" and "back cover", but that's solved if we add "front".
What shall we do with bootlegs with a four-page front sleeve, as well as inside tray inserts? -- JohnH

Large, small & thumb unnecessary

It is unnecessary to have several sizes of the same image stored in the wiki. It is only necessary to store the largest size of the image. Then when it is required to view a smaller version of it, you include the width in px and a smaller version image at that size is generated and stored by the wiki automatically.

Thus it is not necessary to use terms such as large, small, thumb, big or vbig in the filenames of images. --JohnE 19:56, 10 September 2006 (CDT)
