Naming convention for reviews

I have had a stab at a naming convention for reviews. The idea I had was to provide an unambiguous name for the review that is easy to understand and hopefully find in the future.

Here is my suggestion:

Review: The River In Reverse, Sunday Times, 2006-06-04

which is made up of the following parts:

Review:
        Album Name (in full),
                     Magazine or Source,
Date Article Published (in format YYYY-MM-DD)

Questions:

  1. Should it be "Review:" or "Album review:"?
  2. What about when there are magazines with the same name in different countries?
  3. What if there are more than one review from a magazine on one day? Is this possible?
  4. What is published date is not known?
  5. What if it is not EXACTLY an album review, but a general article also?
