A Costello love-in at the Vogue
The Province
Diana Krall was there. So was the Tragically Hip's Cord Downie. And a musician better known as horrormeister Stephen King was spotted, too. But no one jumped up on stage at a sold-out Vogue last night to sing with Krall's new hubby, Elvis Costello.
They didn't need to. It was a love-in. Torch songs. Straight-up long songs. And a few big hits like "Pump It Up" and "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding."
A few select people got their benefit on Friday. But Elvis gave back to everyone to end the weekend.
