My Aim Is True

Elvis Costello

Gus Walker

Enough gags about this guy's name. It obvious anyone who wears a sportjacket and cuffed jeans, thatched pompadour, and shades, works as a computer analyst by day and plays a Fender guitar and sings his own vintage rock compositions by night is serious. If he were just piddling around he'd probably tackle something like concert piano.

Costello, or Elvis, whichever you prefer, is a 22-year-old Englishman whose music deals with tried and true teenage themes of romantic encounters and failures.

My Aim is filled with 13 quick cuts and Elvis has managed to overlap pop music of the 50s with that of the 60s for an album which will have you either rocking or laughing.
