Although this picture disc contains pictures relating to EC on both sides (the cover photo from Nashville And More and interview text from the 'Spike' era), its contents seems to contain no EC. The press conference is in connection with their 'Conspiracy of Hope' tour. Four or five artists are featured -- Tracy Chapman and possibly Sting, Peter Gabriel and Bruce Springsteen. In the runout grooves is "Porky" and "Orlake", so possibly this is a legitimate promo disc.
