Despite what the title of his hit song "Every Day I Write the Book" might lead you to believe, musician Elvis Costello hadn't ever actually authored a book — until this year, that is. His memoir, ''Unfaithful Music & Disappearing Ink'', comes out this month and begs the question: What is more difficult, writing a song or a 672-page book? "I would say songs are never really finished, as you may sing them more vividly on any possible night, while you must eventually close a book," says Costello. He embarks on a tour midmonth for the memoir, which offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the musician's life and four-decade career.
