I carried out minor re-tracking throughout and separated one talk segment into its own track. I applied fade in to the start and fade out to "Watching The Detectives" which finishes early at 1:39.

Notes:
- The Elvis Costello gigography lists an early and a late shows for this date. It's not yet known whether this recording is the early or late shiow, but based on comments by Elvis about the press people having left, it would seem to be the late show.
- "Lipstick Vogue" is a lengthy 8:43, during which it seems that Elvis has gone walkabout.  I did find a blog comment that referred to Elvis walking about on the tables at Bogart's, so it's a possibility that is what was going on.
