Thanks to the unknown taper.

This is definitely one for the EC die hards as the sound quality isn't great.

I carried out re-tracking throughout and separated the encore break into its own track. 

I removed the start of Pump It Up and applied a fade in as part of the track is missing.

A glitch about 40 seconds in to No Action has also been smoothed over.  Thanks to john 234 for this. 

Editing lineage: EAC > Audacity (fades, re-tracking, track separation) > TLH > FLAC 6 (align SB) > Foobar2000 (flac tags).
