SPECIAL FEATURES: Several notable Fender innovations, which include a rosewood fingerboard attached to a maple neck, a floating vibrato complete with a “lock-off” provision, and a separate rhythm circuit.
ESTIMATED VALUE: As much as £1,500 for a mint example.
DID YOU KNOW?: Costello traded his brand-new Fender Telecaster for this Jazzmaster he saw in a music shop in the seventies. He’s since owned quite a few others.
