Elvis hosting TV series

Elvis is hosting Spectacle: Elvis Costello with..., a TV series on CTV in Canada, Channel 4 in the UK, and Sundance Channel in the US. According to a press release, "the series of 13 one-hour programs will feature everything from intimate one-on-ones with legendary performers and notable newcomers to thematic panel discussions, with a variety of performance elements including unique collaborations, acoustic and impromptu "illustrative" demonstrations of the creative process, and some original interpretations of others' songs by Costello." Elton John is one of the show's executive producers.

  • Folie A Deux by Fall Out Boy (released December 16th 2008) features Elvis on the track What A Catch, Donnie. Elvis takes lead vocal for a few lines (lasting 13 seconds) at about the 3:00 minute mark in the song.
  • An album by the Latin/Tango group Bajofondo Tango Club called Mar Dulce (originally released in Argentina, 3 September 2007, re-released 15th July 2008), features Elvis providing the lead vocal on a great track entitled Fairly Right
