Punk history

Brian Reilly

Extract:

The one exception to the above mentioned negative aspects of punk rock, is perhaps, Elvis Costello. In Costello, there is a punk rocker with a substantial talent for turning out disturbing lyrics along with catchy melodies. Costello is more than competent in what he does. He is perhaps the Bob Dylan of Punk.
