KING OF AMERICA The Costello Show (featuring Elvis Costello) Columbia Records SEVERAL AMBITIOUS POP albums after his unsuccessful 1981 country album, 'Almost Blue,' Englishman Elvis Costello returns to his favorite music with the all-American 'King of America.'
