ELVIS COSTELLO AND [[The Attractions|THE ATTRACTIONS]], SHAM 69, ASWAD AND MISTY are to headline a Carnival No. 2 organised by Rock Against Racism and the Anti-Nazi League in Brixton on September 24.
The Carnival is scheduled to depart from Hyde Park at 11am and according to a RAR spokesman will include even more floats and bands than the first carnival which marched from [[Hyde Park]] to Victoria Park in Hackney. Other groups who have already offered their services to the organisers include MENACE and THE MEMBERS.
The procession will finish up with a multi-cultural event in Brockwell Park, Brixton.
There is a possibility that Tom Robinson will play a solo acoustic set in Hyde Park but this is still to be confirmed.
