To get this, you'll need either to go online or to have your local store order it from overseas, but if you are in any way a fan of the man born Declan Patrick MacManus, this is one rewarding DVD.
Covering the period from 1978-94, the videos — some good, some silly, some evocative of their time — are enhanced by commentary from a wry Costello, who alternates between informative and amused/bemused. The real bonus material for fans is the collection of live TV performances, from his first appearances in mid-1977 through a powerful show in the Netherlands two years later to a Swedish show in 1983, complete with a ridiculous and earnest multilingual interview. Good liner notes, too.
