Elvis Costello

Donnie Sutherland

Elvis Costello is releasing his new Get Happy album in a couple of weeks.

It's got to be one of the best value albums ever as the set contains no less than 20 tracks. The shortest runs two minutes and five seconds and the longest three minutes 10 seconds.

Elvis recorded the album last November in Holland, and was again produced by Nick Lowe.

A new single precedes the album release. The single's main side is an old song, recorded years ago by Sam and Dave, called "I Can't Stand Up For Falling Down." I bet a few of us can relate to that title.

The flip side is Elvis's own version of "Girls Talk," the song originally recorded by Dave Edmunds.

The new single will be on sale tomorrow.
