I added that he played a verse of All or Nothing at All during Almost Blue by copying the snippet in Come the Meantimes but haven't yet managed to set up a link to the page in this wiki to  http://www.elviscostello.info/wiki/index.php/All_Or_Nothing_At_All  for the song snippet.

The "missing link" was due to the song title not being fully capitalised - you had "All or Nothing At All".  The hyperlink to the song page will work if you capitalise every word in the title - "All Or Nothing At All".  Easy when you know how. Now fixed. (Nick)

Thanks, Nick. I was so caught up trying to figure out what I was messing up in  the coding part that I completely missed seeing the lowercase "o" in the title was the actual problem. --Fenway

Couldn't figure out how to add that Donny McCaslin played flute on Almost Blue.
