John E or anyone -- before I go further with this main lyrics page, any comments or suggestions?

  1. The intention is that you can look for the song alphabetically (right-hand column), or by album.
-- JohnE 00:33, 26 March 2006 (CST): This looks very good.
  1. If you click on a song, you go to the song page. If you click on an album, you go a page with all the lyrics for that album.

-- JohnE 00:33, 26 March 2006 (CST): Don't understand why there are two different sets of lyrics. I think there should only be one, so that there is only one place where it needs to be updated.
Before answering that, I guess I should ask if you like the notion of the individual Song pages.
The ones I've done so far -- Watching The Detectives; Welcome To The Working Week; Miracle Man; No Dancing; Almost Blue -- are a little inconsistent (and incomplete) at the moment, but I was thinking it would be useful to have all info about a song -- including chords and lyrics -- on one page. -- JohnH 01:38, 26 March 2006 (CST)
- JohnE 13:27, 26 March 2006 (CST): I don't really have a preference for whether to combine lyrics and chords, as I don't use the chords myself. I'm just thinking that it seems like more work and a little hard to remember to update two places whenever a lyric change is to be made, that's all.

Possible Rename?

This page is dangling at present. If it were linked to from the top of the main Songs page it would be very useful and easy to find.

It should possibly be renamed to Songs Sorted By Album or Songs On Each Album. The use of Lyrics is not exactly clear. --JohnE 16:39, 13 May 2006 (CDT)
