The Roots er studioband i "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon".

Talkshow can be good too. The Roots are the studio band in "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon". An inspiring meeting with Elvis Costello which led to this record, which began as Roots chief Questlove working with a couple of older Costello songs.
Fortunately stretched cooperation past it, a bunch of new songs. The best of them do this to Costello album with the most useful / interesting new songs for a long time and a liberating revitalization of sound and groove.
It should be noted that not all songs equally successful, that the musical summit by a few cases remain and pitch a little at half distance, as " Refuse to be saved". Better go there when songs from some of Costello's weakest albums may overhaul, as " Stick Out Your Tounge" which is a new twist on the " Pills & Soap" or "Tripwire "that exquisite sample of " Satelite "to an almost new and far better song.
Costello working with a brilliant drummer is normal, but the groove and rhythm promises "Wise Up Ghost" to several large and slightly different heights. "Come The Mean Time" is one of the triumphs where the musical summit produces dynamic results.
Overall flattering fit between artists and phrases makes the dice tilts upward.
