Elvis Costello performed Tuesday night at an event at New York's Chelsea Piers, sponsored by environmental organization Riverkeeper, to honor Viacom's Tom Freston for his help in protecting and restoring the Hudson River, which is drinkable but not quite as swimmable as some celebs would like.
