A 3CD-R set from Doberman Records that contains recordings made during
three separate performances at the annual Meltdown Festival in London.
The bulk of the set features recordings made in 2001, the complete
sets from the performance on 26th June with various guests and the
solo performance on the 4th May. Also features on this set is the
edited three songs performance from the 4th May that was broadcast
the following week on BBC 2 TV, plus a nod to Elvis' first appearances
as Director of the Festival in 1995, with his role as guest singer
with the Jazz Passengers on the 23rd June 1995. - teej
Quality:
The source tapes for this set are all very good audience recordings,
other than the three-song broadcast tape at the end of disc two. - teej
