Thanks to the unknown taper.

I carried out retracking throughout, added fades in / out where encore breaks had been edited out.  There was an issue with the speed of this recording which was too fast.  I adjusted the speed by slowing it down by 7%.

There was a glitch in Oliver's Army about 1:07 into the track where 14 seconds was missing.  This has been patched from elsewhere in the song.  Thanks to john234 for this.
