Only works for standard concert and bootleg artwork naming.

• List up to 6 concerts, and format them for What's New page.
• Concerts to be unnamed parameters.
• Will check if standard front cover exists and if so display it.
• Add comment using the "comment#=" named parameter, where # = 1 - 6, resp.
• Display specify image using "front#=" named parameter, where # = 1 - 6, resp.
• Named parameters can be in any order, and interspersed between the unnamed parameters.
• Makes sense to put named parameters after the unnamed parameter that they refer to.

where:
36         = width % for first column.
para2 & 3  = width % for column 2 & 3.
unnamed parameters 4 - 9 = date and city for concert (must be exactly as on Concert page title) - up to 6.
comment1   = optional comment for first concert listed (i.e. para4).
front1     = optional filename for front cover if it does not follow the standard naming convention.
comment2-6 = optional comments for each concert, resp.
front2-6   = optional filenames for front covers if non-standard.
