Armed Forces

Elvis Costello and The Attractions (CBS)

John Pearce

The sound of this third album by Head Gink Costello is more full-blown and lacks the twisted edginess of the first two. Outstanding are Chemistry Class, Two Little Hitlers, and Moods for Moderns, which at once suggest Devo and Perez Prado.
